Appalling customer service. They got my order completely wrong and told me they would send out the correct products which they have not and then ignored my emails!!

I was in need of some new skin care products and was torn between two brands. Having read the reviews i made my decision and I’m glad i made the right choice. I ordered a starter kit after completing their skin quiz which i have now been using for a month and the results are amazing!

My skin has never looked so good, I’m not suffering with breakouts and complexion seems brighter, feel more confident now not wearing make up. I’m so happy i made the right choice and can’t wait to order again. I love that the products are reasonably priced and offer mini sizes too.

I ordered a full size and they sent me a mini. I made them aware and they had the audacity to send me to the post office to return it as if it was my mistake. Who wants to waste one hour of their day to go post office because someone made a mistake?! Customer service is so poor!!

The serums were like water think the age range for these products should be aimed at 12-18 year olds . Not strong or enough ingredients in them to make any difference on adult skin

Great products but just another brand by white straight people trying to get on the bandwagon of diversity and inclusivity, do better.

Fabulous products... I really feel they've made a difference to my skin. The purify and brighten skin serum works and the calm and sooth moisturiser makes my face feel hydrated.

I’m really happy with my purchases from Glow Hub. My routine needed an overhaul and their items are reasonably priced, so I bit the bullet and purchased everything recommended to me by the website’s skincare quiz.

I’m not sure which of the Purifying and Brightening products is the miracle worker but within two weeks my skin has undergone a drastic transformation. I’m not getting any breakouts and pores that have long been blocked have shrunk to an unnoticeable size. Best of all the tone of my skin is great, it’s consistent with no blotching and really bright and firm.

I also purchased the Nourish and Hydrate cleansing balm which leaves my skin feeling beautifully soft and plumped. I find it’s best to use another cleanser first to wash away makeup and dirt as the balm doesn’t wash off well. The residue it leaves isn’t sticky and it hasn’t interfered with my makeup but there’s still dirt on my toning pads when I use the balm alone.

I don’t know why this brand hasn’t got more recognition because it’s great! The products are beautiful, the customer service is amazing and the delivery times are so fast! Will definitely be shopping here again soon!
